Construction Material Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the website, SEO, local listings, and the analytics that show what works. You will build qualifications packages, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.

You will collaborate with engineers to produce a content calendar of technical articles, project stories, and case material, and you will run campaigns by email, LinkedIn, trade events, and direct outreach lists, reporting results monthly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in AEC/construction/engineering/industrial services.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy and has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious about compaction test concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and the analytics that show what is working; Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit; Produce the content calendar - technical articles, project stories, and case material - with the engineers who have the knowledge; Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for the markets the company is opening, and report results monthly; Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
