YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training, and you excel at making strategic decisions to drive your business. You consistently deliver operational excellence and ensure your store maintains AEO Brand Standards. Most importantly, you bring your authentic self to work every day!

Job Responsibilities

• Drive results by maximizing store productivity and building guest loyalty through a top-notch guest experience. Create and own your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
• Analyze sales reports and trends to make real-time business decisions that meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team. Develop team members through training, feedback, and career development plans.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and recognition, establish goals, and hold your team accountable to brand standards.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through visual merchandising and store presentation, managing Floorsets and merchandise adjustments.
• Manage workforce scheduling effectively by evaluating traffic, calendars, and payroll reports to optimize staffing and control costs.
• Demonstrate integrity in all decisions, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining asset protection standards.
