YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training, and you excel at making strategic decisions to drive your business. You consistently deliver operational excellence and ensure your store maintains AEO Brand Standards. Most importantly, you bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities
  1. Driving Results: Maximize store productivity, build guest loyalty, and create/manage your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
  2. Business Innovation: Analyze reports and sales trends to make real-time decisions to meet financial goals.
  3. People Leadership: Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team; conduct performance reviews and develop leadership within your team.
  4. Teamwork & Culture: Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and recognition, establishing clear goals and celebrating successes.
  5. Brand Standards: Maintain visual and merchandising standards, manage Floorsets, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
  6. Workforce Management: Create effective schedules based on traffic and sales data, manage payroll, and leverage top talent.
  7. Integrity: Uphold company policies, ensure audit and shrink results meet standards, and act ethically in all decisions.
