Your Responsibilities

• Driving results: Maximize store productivity, create a business plan to meet KPI goals, and build guest loyalty through exceptional guest experiences.
• Business innovation: Analyze sales trends and reports to make real-time decisions to achieve financial goals.
• People leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team; foster career growth and succession planning.
• Teamwork: Promote a culture of teamwork, set goals, and recognize outstanding performance.
• Brand standards: Maintain visual standards, manage merchandise and Floorsets, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
• Workforce management: Create effective schedules based on traffic and payroll data, and optimize staffing.
• Integrity: Uphold company policies, ensure compliance, and demonstrate ethical decision-making.
