Job Description

YOUR ROLE
You are responsible for moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You maintain high standards of organization and support your team and guests as needed, embodying AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to keep products moving.
• Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take corrective actions.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Follow safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
