Role Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining product flow from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While your primary focus will be the Stockroom, you will also support salesfloor activities and assist team members and guests as needed. Representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product movement through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and implement corrective actions.
• Support team efforts and assist guests on the salesfloor when necessary.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies, ensuring a safe environment in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor.
