Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Erie, PA. You will move products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor, process shipments, replenish merchandise, and support merchandising standards.

You’ll help keep the Stockroom organized, spot opportunities to merchandise effectively, and collaborate with team members and guests on the shop floor. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving from Stockroom to Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment and merchandising.
• Maintain Stockroom organization and merchandising, including props and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action.
• Assist teammates and guests on the Salesfloor as needed.
• Uphold safety and Asset Protection standards in stock and sales areas.

Your Role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You've got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• Passion for brand standards: go-getter at keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Stockroom: master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovative: identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action.
• Teamwork: always prepared to step in and help fellow team members with non-stock tasks or assist guests.
• Integrity: safety standards are a priority in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor; follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
