YOUR ROLE

You can't buy a product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary focus, you're flexible and willing to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain Brand Standards: Proactively ensure products are available on the salesfloor by managing shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising efficiently and promptly.
2. Manage the Stockroom: Keep the Stockroom organized and operational, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are well-maintained.
3. Be Innovative: Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, develop action plans, and execute solutions.
4. Teamwork: Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
5. Prioritize Safety and Asset Protection: Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor.
