Job Description

YOUR ROLE
As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You are passionate about AEO Brand Standards, attentive to detail, and flexible in supporting your team and guests on the Salesfloor. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by ensuring timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom organized, efficient, and productive, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take corrective actions.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Follow safety standards and adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in stock roles is preferred.
