YOUR ROLE As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed. You train, motivate, and celebrate associates and have a passion for achieving excellent sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you excel at increasing sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a top-tier in-store experience. You assist Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to meet KPIs.
• People leadership: You motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values. You serve as a role model and hold associates accountable to uphold AEO's service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent to ensure the store is well-staffed. You are committed to training and developing associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork: You set clear, achievable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. You motivate and engage associates by celebrating their successes.
• Visual & operational innovation: You excel at executing and improving daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards. You ensure the Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity: You maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow AEO's policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
