YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store experience, and support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and drive KPI results.
• You're a people leader: You motivate, inspire and hold the team accountable to AEO's service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• You recruit and hire strong talent, ensuring the store is always staffed to meet business needs and you train and develop associates to uphold a Guest First culture.
• You drive teamwork: You set clear, attainable goals, provide real‑time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance to boost engagement.
• You innovate in visual and operational procedures: You execute shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, keeping Fitting Rooms ready and rockin’ AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity: You maintain store safety and asset protection standards, adhere to AEO policies, and consistently do the right thing.
