American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Aurora, OH. You will support the Store Leadership Team, lead Leader on Duty shifts, and ensure an outstanding guest experience while overseeing daily store operations.

YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate, and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales as a key LOD by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in‑class, in‑store guest experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through core values, hold associates accountable to service standards on salesfloor and fitting room.
• Recruit and hire strong talent, ensuring the store is staffed to meet business needs; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture.
• Challenge Sales and Stock associates with clear, attainable goals; provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching; celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; maintain guest‑ready fitting rooms and brand standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards; adhere to policies and procedures; act with integrity.
