Job summary

Amity Foundation in Los Angeles, CA seeks an Advocate (Case Manager) to provide direct casework for participants, including intake, CMP planning, and progress updates. You will coordinate referrals, monitor treatment progress, and maintain comprehensive case records while collaborating with CDCR staff and program directors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences or related field, or two years of population-focused experience, plus strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Experience with case management or criminal justice population preferred.
• Strong documentation and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services including intake, CMP development, and progress monitoring.
• Conduct initial intake and needs assessments for caseload participants.
• Develop discharge and post-completion plans and maintain records.
