Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Hourly Advocate to serve youth and families throughout Oakland County. The role focuses on direct advocacy services using a wraparound, strength-based approach in schools, communities, and homes.

The position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement. Hourly pay is $17.50 per hour, with non-exempt, part-time status.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Proficient Computer Skills, Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems is a plus
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking a plus.
• Required to have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage.
