Job summary

Empower Missouri is seeking a Training Intern or Practicum Student to work with the Advocacy Director on statewide education and outreach initiatives in Missouri. You will help identify speaking opportunities, support training logistics, and contribute to materials development.

This role offers opportunities to facilitate or deliver brief presentations and gain experience in public education, advocacy, and community engagement while supporting statewide policy engagement.

Responsibilities

• Research and build contact lists for training participants and outreach.
• Identify speaking opportunities, conferences, and community events in Missouri.
• Support scheduling, communications, and logistics for trainings and presentations.
• Assist with developing and sharing training and outreach materials.
• Provide administrative and research support to the Advocacy Director.
