Job summary

Voices for Children in Riverside County is seeking an Advocacy Supervisor to lead and support CASAs, ensuring advocacy for dependent children and adherence to policies.

You will supervise 40-50 CASAs, maintain monthly contact, and conduct evaluations, while assisting with volunteer recruitment and training.

The role requires a college degree, strong writing and Microsoft Office skills, reliable transportation, and willingness to work extra hours as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Access to reliable transportation for Riverside County travel.
• Must meet screening requirements per California Rules of Court.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an ongoing caseload involving a total of approximately 40-50 CASAs.
• Provide supervision and support to CASAs in the exercise of their duties.
• Establish monthly contact with all volunteers and maintain detailed records.
• Conduct annual evaluations with each volunteer and file written records.
• Assist with volunteer recruitment, training and retention efforts.
• Attend and support CASAs at team meetings and Individualized Education Program meetings.
• Provide support to program management and leadership teams as needed.
