Job summary

Voices for Children in Riverside and San Diego counties seeks an Advocacy Supervisor to recruit, train, and supervise CASA volunteers who advocate for foster children. You will interface with agencies, legal counsel, and resources to protect each child’s best interests and ensure timely court involvement.

Responsibilities include caseload management, staff guidance, and participation in program development, while promoting the organization’s mission within the community.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in related field or experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Reliable transportation for Riverside County and occasional travel to San Diego County.
• Must meet screening requirements per California Rules of Court.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to CASAs and volunteers.
• Maintain monthly contact with volunteers and document activity.
• Participate in recruitment, training and retention efforts.
• Attend court hearings or accompany CASAs as needed to advocate for children.
• Ensure compliance with VFC policies and program procedures.
