Job summary

Third Wave Fund is seeking a detail-oriented program and fundraising associate in the United States. You will support applicants, grantees, and program staff, and assist with the Sex Worker Giving Circle’s logistics.

You will also track donations, help with events like Gender Bash, and coordinate staff retreats and other projects to keep the organization thriving. Travel may be required for national activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in social justice work or related fields.
• Strong creative, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Self-motivated team player with a constructive outlook.
• Ability to independently set and achieve goals.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of databases, MS Excel, and Word.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide key programmatic support and coordinate with applicants, grantees, and program staff.
• Support the Sex Worker Giving Circle with program and event logistics.
• Provide fundraising support by tracking donations and assisting at events.
• Implement organizational projects and provide logistics for staff retreats and other initiatives.
