Job summary

LEARN Behavioral seeks an Executive Director of Advocacy to lead nationwide policy and regulatory efforts, advancing access to ABA and autism care for clients, especially those on Medicaid.

You will shape the legislative landscape, partner with leadership, and oversee initiatives across markets, representing LEARN in forums and coordinating with payors and regulators to drive lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in advocacy, government relations, or public policy.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel to represent LEARN in key markets.
• Experience with Medicaid policy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead LEARN’s advocacy efforts to improve access to care, especially for Medicaid clients.
• Develop and execute plans driving meaningful, lasting impact across the organization.
• Represent LEARN with national and regional associations and forums.
• Collaborate with leadership to align advocacy with business strategy.
