Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years in advocacy, government relations, public policy, or related field.
  • ABA experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to represent LEARN in key markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advocacy initiatives in key markets, with a focus on Medicaid programs.
  • Collaborate with local leadership to align advocacy with business strategy.
  • Track and report on legislation and regulations affecting access to care.
  • Build relationships with legislators, regulators, payors, and industry partners.
  • Represent LEARN at conferences and events as a credible field voice.
  • Inform executive management on policy developments impacting the organization.
  • Coordinate with payor relations and RCM on reimbursement issues.
  • Liaise with key industry groups.
