Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking an Executive Director of Advocacy to lead policy, legislation, and regulatory engagement across the United States. You will drive strategies to improve access to ABA care and work with executive management and lobbyists to advance Medicaid initiatives.

You will partner with regional leaders, track legislation, and build relationships with legislators, regulators, payors, and industry groups while representing LEARN at relevant events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in advocacy, government relations, public policy, or related field.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead advocacy efforts to improve access to care, especially Medicaid.
• Develop and execute advocacy plans across the organization.
• Represent LEARN at forums, liaise with regulators, payors, and associations.
• Collaborate with leadership to align advocacy with business goals.
