What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert in the Nonprofit industry
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate product solutions
- Guide strategic programs in key accounts, facilitating customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
- Participate in marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows
- Collaborate with other Solution Consultants to share best practices and enhance team efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Software within the Nonprofit industry
- Proven experience selling into the Nonprofit industry
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
- Strong collaborative skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution guidance
