What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with ISV partners to understand their products and align them with ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Deliver customized technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept sessions to partners and customers
- Architect solutions that ensure seamless integration and development with the ServiceNow platform
- Address customer inquiries and overcome technical challenges related to ISV partner solutions
- Recruit new ISV partners by developing prototypes and demos that highlight ServiceNow’s capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience
- Familiarity with the ISV ecosystem, cloud-based applications, and enterprise software market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand partner and customer business challenges
- BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the ServiceNow product suite or competitive product suites
- Current ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Technical Architect)
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce)
- ServiceNow platform development experience
- Experience with product management and working with a partner ecosystem
