Your mission

About Hypatos.ai
Hypatos.ai is the pioneer of Agentic Process Automation—AI Agents that execute complex finance, procurement, and shared-services workflows for Global 2000 enterprises. Our Solution Consultants play a central role in every deal, translating deep domain expertise into compelling business and technical value stories.

Your Mission
Own the solution discovery → value engineering → technical win cycle for enterprise prospects and strategic partners (Big4 & GSI). You will combine hands-on product knowledge, process-automation expertise, and executive storytelling to position Hypatos as the clear choice.
Core Responsibilities

  1. Discovery & Value Engineering
    • Lead workshops with CFO, GBS, and IT stakeholders to identify pain points and quantify value (cycle time, compliance, headcount, cost-per-invoice, etc.).
    • Build ROI models, business cases, and executive briefs supporting 6- to 7-figure deals.
  2. Solution Design & Demos
    • Translate requirements into Hypatos AI Agent architectures, data flows, and integration maps (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, OpenText, etc.).
    • Deliver tailored demos and PoCs—hands-on configuration in Studio / prompt chains—to demonstrate 90%+ touchless automation.
  3. RFP & Technical Validation
    • Manage all functional/technical responses, security questionnaires, and architecture diagrams.
    • Coordinate with Product, SecOps, and Data Science teams to resolve blockers quickly.
  4. Partner Enablement
    • Act as solution lead in joint pursuits with EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte and global SIs.
    • Train partner architects on Hypatos APIs, SDKs, and best practices.
  5. Thought Leadership
    • Present at webinars, industry panels, and partner events on AI Agents, IDP, and back-office transformation.
    • Provide market insights to inform Product roadmap and use-case development.
Your profile

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Domain Mastery (Mandatory): 5+ years designing or implementing solutions in finance automation, shared-services, intelligent document processing, or S2P/O2C platforms. Deep knowledge of AP touchless rates, tax rules, and workflow nuances.
  • Pre-Sales Excellence: Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales—discovery, ROI decks, PoCs, and de-risking evaluations.
  • Technical Depth: Comfort with APIs, JSON, SQL basics, and cloud/SaaS security; capable of architecting solutions and managing PoC data sets.
  • AI-First Mindset: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or clear understanding of how GenAI impacts pre-sales.
  • Storytelling & Exec Presence: Ability to engage and command rooms of finance VPs, CIOs, or executive committees.
  • Languages: Fluent English; additional German, Spanish, or Portuguese a plus.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, or Coupa CSP integrations.
  • Background in management consulting or Big4 advisory roles.
  • Published thought leadership on automation/AI (blogs, webinars, talks).
