• Support independent financial advisors with day-to-day operational needs.
• Lead the onboarding process for new advisors, ensuring a smooth and organized transition onto the platform.
• Assist with client account openings and closures, account updates, and cash contribution or distribution requests.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned advisors and their staff for operational questions and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and custodial partners to resolve issues and complete requests efficiently.
• Handle daily ad hoc requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects as needed.
