100 Raymond James & Associates, Inc. offers the Advisory Mastery Program (AMP) to train and support a path to a successful Financial Advisor career. Trainees receive education, mentorship, and guidance to grow technical and sales skills within a holistic program.

AMP prepares Advisors to meet production targets after the first year, aligning client goals with appropriate wealth management strategies and long-term firm growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from four-year College or university preferred, and a minimum of four (4) years working experience, including sales or business experience demonstrating achievement preferred.
• Education Bachelor’s: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance.
• Certifications s66, s7, SIE (FINRA).

Responsabilidades

• Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking, community involvement, centers of influence and developing niches.
• Manage full scope of client relationship by evaluating client financial needs, investment opportunities, current holdings and available investment capital and help them identify their investment objectives.
• Recommend investment products, solutions, and services suitable for prospects and clients based on client needs, time horizon, risk profile, and preferences.
• Seek internal resources to identify investment opportunities and solutions for clients.
• Develop a book of business consistent with AMP program goals for assets under management and required production.
• Complete required program training and assignments, obtaining mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes, mastering assessments and meeting minimum performance and production standards.
