Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. This on-site role involves guiding weekly Advisory Group sessions on Zoom, helping business owners move toward real progress while reading the room and encouraging quieter voices.

Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Compensation: $72,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)*

• Includes base salary + commission.

What You'd Do In This Role

You’ll step in front of a room of business owners each week, not in a boardroom, but on a Zoom call, and guide the conversation toward real progress. Ramsey Solutions’ Advisory Groups bring entrepreneurs together to work through the same money and leadership challenges side by side, and the coach who leads those calls sets the tone for the whole group. You’ll read the room, keep quieter voices in the mix, and make sure every session feels worth showing up for. This is a role built for someone who thrives on connection, energy, and helping a room full of different personalities move forward together, week after week.

You’re Probably a Match If

• You have 2+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
• You have experience leading or facilitating groups. This is a must-have for the role.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You have high attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• You're passionate about the mission of Ramsey Solutions and have experience with our products.
