Job summary

Ramsey Solutions, based near Nashville in Franklin, TN, is seeking a skilled Copywriter to join the marketing team. You’ll craft high-impact emails, landing pages, ads, and podcast scripts that guide customers toward the right help at the right time.

You have 3+ years writing marketing copy, a portfolio, and a knack for a conversational human voice. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and leverage AI tools to enhance your writing.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of professional experience writing marketing and advertising copy.
• You have a portfolio and/or work samples to share.
• Your work demonstrates strong brand stewardship with a conversational tone and adaptable style.
• Experience writing across organic and paid media, social, email, landing pages, video scripts, and more.
• You write to drive engagement and revenue and collaborate with marketing and growth teams.
• You actively use AI in your writing workflow (ChatGPT/Claude).

Join the Ramsey Solutions marketing team and help more people find trusted experts who serve them well. As a Copywriter, you'll craft high-impact, short-form copy like emails, landing pages, ads, and podcast scripts that guide customers toward the right help at the right time.

You're Probably a Match If

• You have 3+ years of professional experience writing marketing and advertising copy.
• You have a portfolio and/or work samples to share.
• Your work demonstrates strong brand stewardship with a bias toward writing in a conversational human voice, tone, and language, with an ability to adapt to different styles.
• Your writing experience includes organic and paid media, social, email, landing pages, video scripts, and other communications.
• You develop messaging that drives measurable outcomes, including engagement and revenue.
• You partner with marketing and growth teams to create and optimize paid media copy based on performance data.
• You're used to working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, giving and receiving feedback.
• You actively use AI and can share examples (anecdotal or real) of where you've used it in your workflow, process, or writing. Preferred experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs.
• You actively use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your writing workflow.
• You write in a conversational, human voice and can adapt your style across different contexts and audiences.
• You have experience writing across organic and paid media, social, email, landing pages, video scripts, and other communications.
