Responsibilities

• Lead engagements advising market‑leading clients on mergers/acquisitions, initial public offerings, and various technical accounting matters
• Review of financial statements and other SEC filings
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and related analyses
• Manage existing client relationships and pursue new client opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA preferred
• 8‑12 years of public accounting or accounting advisory experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Strong technical skills
• Experience in project management

Salary Range
