The Role: Primary Care Physician - Internal Med or Family med - Advisor
Location: Remote
Engagement: Part-Time Advisory Board Member
Compensation: Access to purchase early-stage startup equity; Sweat equity
We are currently looking for primary care physicians and family medical doctors to join our advisory board to provide us with input on the launch of our new venture. Board advisors typically contribute 2-5 hours per month and are compensated with early access to equity.
Responsibilities:
●Provide input and expertise on clinical services, health outcome tracking, and translating behavioral health into meaningful and measurable goals
● Translate and share best practices for Owl Therapy to share medical records, referrals, and lifestyle data with medical groups, health systems, and private practices to better support members who are referred by or to Owl Therapy and their primary care physicians
●Design & develop metrics and identify physical, behavioral, and self-reported ways of tracking and representing progress on behavioral health conditions
●Design a collaborative team-based care model for managing and improving mental health
●Engage and share ways to co-design care plans with patients based on their individual needs
●Provide expertise on behavioral health assessments, matching care needs to care team members and resources, and
●Providing input to the healthcare services delivery model
●Collaborate via Zoom meetings and online discussion forum with other advisory board members
Qualifications
●Must be a licensed and board-certified physician in internal medicine, family medicine, or pediatrics
●Telemedicine experience preferred, but not required
●Experience working with innovation teams and non-clinical leaders strongly preferred
