Our first product, Stella, is an evidence-based digital menopause clinic that has already improved the lives of thousands. Now, we are expanding Stella’s capabilities through a solution that enables physicians to extend their care beyond the clinic walls and offer women more continuous, responsive support during midlife.

The Opportunity

As we launch this new service, we are seeking a Physician Partnerships Lead to drive adoption of Stella’s solution among OBGYNs, PCPs, and women’s health providers in the US.

This is a three-month contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales and partnerships professional who is motivated by results, energized by building, and passionate about improving women's health. You will be instrumental in bringing Stella’s new offering to life by building our initial physician partner base, establishing proof points, and laying the groundwork for rapid scaling.

What You'll Do

Physician sales and partnerships

  • Own the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, outreach, education, contracting, and onboarding of new physician partners
  • Deliver compelling presentations that position Stella’s solution as an essential extension of high-quality midlife care
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new partner onboarding and patient enrollment

Referral program launch and execution

  • Develop the first iteration of Stella’s physician referral marketing assets, workflows, and partner materials
  • Test, learn, and optimize messaging and tactics to drive consistent referral activity

Partner success and growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for early partner practices
  • Ensure successful onboarding, early patient enrollments, and high partner satisfaction
  • Surface feedback to internal teams to continuously refine and enhance the offering

Internal collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and operations teams to ensure partners have what they need to succeed
  • Communicate partner feedback and market insights to inform product development and growth strategies

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of healthcare sales, medical partnerships, or business development experience, ideally with physicians or clinical practices
  • Demonstrated success in building early-stage programs or channels and consistently meeting growth targets
  • Deep understanding of physician needs and clinic operations, ideally with prior experience in women’s health or primary care
  • Highly results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments where agility and focus are essential
  • Strong communicator with a relationship-first approach to building trust with partners
  • Deeply aligned with Vira Health’s mission to improve the quality of life for women in midlife and beyond

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 90 days, you have signed multiple physician partners, generated meaningful patient enrollments, and built a replicable foundation for ongoing growth
  • Based on your results, we expand investment in the physician channel and you take on a leadership role in building out the function
