Job summary

LPL Financial seeks a Transition Support Partner (TSP) for Business Transitions in San Diego. You will support transitions across all business lines, acting as the subject matter expert on our technology, processes, and best practices to ensure a seamless license transfer for advisors joining LPL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services or client-facing role.
• Training/consulting or practice management in the investment services space preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective advisors to understand the transition to LPL and devise a strategy.
• Provide training on LPL technology for opening and transferring accounts, and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide repapering support, data entry, and account setup during the transition.
• Serve as the go-to person for the advisor, problem-solve, and escalate when needed.
• Discuss technology needs and train on premium products and third-party tools as necessary.
• Support execution of department projects and initiatives.
