• Serve as the primary technology liaison for transitioning Financial Advisors, delivering tailored, hands-on support throughout onboarding.
• Lead structured onboarding workstreams with milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions on Raymond James platforms, tools, and workflows.
• Document current and future-state workflows to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and enterprise architecture teams for a coordinated transition.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform enhancements.
