Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with experience accepted.
• Extensive experience in financial services or broker-dealer settings.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Advisor Support Specialists to support and retain financial professionals.
• Set team goals, establish vision and execute plans to achieve them.
• Coach across diverse methods to drive advisor satisfaction, service quality, and productivity.
• Provide timely coaching, training, and total performance management.
• Maintain high employee engagement while balancing productivity and goals.
• Develop and maintain internal relationships across the organization.
• Address operational and organizational challenges impacting the team.
• Adapt to changing business needs and guide staff through priorities.
• Expand influence through networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
• All other duties as assigned.
