Osaic is seeking a Supervisor of Advisor Support in Atlanta to lead a team serving 11,000+ Financial Professionals nationwide, ensuring high-quality, timely service across all inquiries including money movement, account maintenance, and new accounts.

You will coach, train, and manage performance, focusing on satisfaction, service quality, and productivity while adapting to evolving business needs. A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach drives success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience interfacing with financial professionals
• Experience with high-producing Financial Professionals
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Poise in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong professional presence and customer-centric decision making
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Advisor Support agents to support and retain Financial Professionals
• Set team goals, establish vision, and drive action to achieve them
• Coach and develop team for advisor satisfaction, service, quality, and productivity
• Provide timely coaching, training, and performance management
• Support real-time help floor and answer agent questions
• Manage management chat channel and assist team members
• Foster internal relationships and address operational challenges
• Guide employees through shifting priorities
