Osaic seeks a Supervisor of Advisor Support to lead a nationwide team serving over 11,000 Financial Professionals. You will oversee advisor inquiries on money movement, account maintenance, and new account openings, ensuring timely, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and collaboration to elevate the advisor experience while adapting to changing business needs. Bachelor’s degree preferred; FINRA SIE and Series 7 are a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years related experience interfacing with financial professionals.
Experience with high producing Financial Professionals preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication with attention to detail.
Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environment and maintain advisor dedication.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Advisor Support agents that will support and retain Osaic’s Financial Professionals.
Set team goals, establish vision and take action to achieve goals.
Coach for advisor satisfaction, service quality, and productivity aligned to department objectives.
Provide timely coaching, training, and total performance management.
Support the Advisor Support team with real-time help and coaching.
Assist management chat channel and respond to team questions in real time.
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
Address operational and organizational challenges impacting the team.
Guide employees through shifting priorities.
