Job summary

BridgePort Financial Solutions is seeking a highly organized Client Services Advisor to support advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role coordinates client service activities, meetings, planning support, and operational processes while ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and accurately.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office near our hubs. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in financial services, hold FINRA Series 65 or Series 66/7, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years in financial services, client service, or advisory support.
• FINRA Series 65 license or Series 66/7 combination.
• Strong customer service orientation with commitment to client experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Experience coordinating client meetings and preparing materials.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors with day-to-day client service needs and team requests.
• Respond to client questions and connect clients with the right team member or resource.
• Help research client service issues and provide updates to advisors and clients.
• Schedule client meetings and help coordinate calendars.
• Prepare meeting materials and ensure advisors have what they need.
• Attend meetings, take notes, summarize follow-ups, and track tasks.
• Track client workflows, open items, and deadlines.
• Run reports from portfolio management and financial planning systems.
• Review client materials for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Maintain procedures and keep recurring client service processes organized.
