Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• SIE certification or plan to obtain by employment deadline.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, timely, and accurate solutions to advisor/investor inquiries across topics and complexities.
• Handle 25–30 call interactions per day on average.
• Collaborate with internal service partners to resolve caller issues.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training with 18-month growth plan.
• Take ownership to ensure resolutions with each interaction.
• Support cross-functional financial transactions as needed.
