Qualifications

• 10+ years in a contact center, preferably financial services.
• Demonstrated success leading high-volume service organizations.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership including leading leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Core Service organization and AVPs/Managers to deliver high‑quality advisor experience.
• Own day-to-day service performance across transactional functions like money movement and new accounts.
• Use data and operational metrics to identify trends, remove barriers, and drive improvement.
• Build relationships with Financial Advisors, office staff, partners, and stakeholders to meet service expectations.
• Lead change and transformation to improve service delivery and cost efficiency.
