The VP, Core Service will lead a high-performing organization supporting Financial Advisors and their office staff through critical service needs in Tempe, Arizona. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Service Execution and Strategic Enablement. This leader is responsible for the day-to-day performance of multiple Core Service teams, overseeing an organization of more than 100 Financial Service Professionals (FSPs) through a leadership team of AVPs and Managers. The VP is accountable for delivering high-quality advisor experience, driving operational performance, developing talent, fostering a strong and engaged culture, and advancing continuous improvement across a high-volume service organization.
