Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial services products including equities and funds.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support for a FA/PWA/team and respond to routine inquiries.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA/PWA requests.
• Explain account balances and positions to clients and prep documentation.
• Educate clients on digital tools and onboard new accounts.
• Assist with scheduling calls, travel, and expense reports.
