Morgan Stanley in Kahului, HI is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide trusted support to Financial Advisors and client teams. You will handle client inquiries, process money movements, enroll clients in digital tools, and maintain account information to help deliver a seamless client experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma (College degree preferred), 2+ years in financial services, and active Series 7/66 or 63/65 licenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) preferred.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients and team.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill account documentation.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
• Provide clients with details about their account information and objectives.
• Assist with marketing efforts and team initiatives.
• Remain current on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
