Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Washington, DC is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to deliver exceptional support to Financial Advisors and Private Wealth teams. You will assist with money movements, account inquiries, and enrollment in digital tools, while maintaining client relationships with accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and active securities licenses (Series 7/66 or 63/65).

Qualifications

• Educational background including high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA/PWA/team requests.
• Answer general non-investment questions about accounts; relay stock positions and balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account docs in clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
