Job summary

Summit Global Investments, LLC is seeking a Manager for Advisor and Client Success Operations in Bountiful, UT. This onsite role leads the Advisor Success Team, builds scalable processes, and drives growth while maintaining high service standards for Private Wealth and Global Advisory clients.

You will own capacity planning, onboarding, and performance management, shaping a culture of accountability and continuous improvement with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services operations or equivalent
• 3+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning and scaling an operations team during rapid growth
• Experience documenting and improving workflows with measurable KPI impact
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and technology to streamline workflows and boost productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead the Advisor Success Team (AST) and own the operational engine behind advisor growth
• Scale operations to support growth, onboarding, and client service excellence
• Own capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing aligned with growth
• Develop hiring/onboarding plans and grow future leaders within the team
• Document, optimize, and maintain core AST workflows for consistency and training
