Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Advisor/Sr. Advisor - CSQA Representative to join the Catalyze360 Quality team in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role partners on software quality, IT controls, and validation across regulated digital systems.

The position focuses on external engagements, cross-functional audits, risk-based decisions, and embedding quality into CI/CD pipelines. Remote work in the US is supported, with visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field such as CS or SE.
• 6+ years of software quality experience for digital systems.
• Experience embedding quality into regulated software delivery.
• CSQA qualification or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the quality management system.
• Conduct ongoing product and system risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage deviations, change control, and incident resolution for products and systems.
• Oversee readiness across internal and external audits.
• Facilitate resolution of complex issues with stakeholders and third parties.
• Deliver quality data to inform stakeholder decisions and improvements.
• Embed quality into CI/CD pipelines across teams.
• Act as primary contact for external engagements in digital quality.
