Job summary

LPL Financial LLC in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Consulting Associate to help financial advisors navigate and apply our advisory solutions and investment products. You will educate advisors on platforms like SAM/SWM, MWP, OMP, GWP, PWP and Manager Select, and tailor solutions to client scenarios.

You’ll collaborate across the Advisory Desk, mentor colleagues, and demonstrate a passion for growth in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related areas.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 66 or ability to get licensed within the first 6 months
• Must be in office 2 days a week
• Preferences: Experience in the financial services industry #LI-PA

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide Advisors on LPL’s Advisory Platforms and investment options
• Consult on specific client scenarios, providing suitable solutions
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and where appropriate, educate, mentor, and share knowledge within the organization and the Advisory Desk team
• A commitment and passion around helping our advisors grow their practices
• A variety of basic investment product knowledge and a hunger to become a deep subject matter expert
• An understanding of the financial services industry and a willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-driven environment
