Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear, confident communication, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with accountability and ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Redtail or other CRMs; finance/wealth mgmt experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage advisors’ calendars and client communication pipelines, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
• Maintain accurate digital client records in the CRM system.
• Process new account paperwork from start to finish, including client intake forms and account setup.
• Serve as subject matter expert on custodian processes and ensure documentation is prepared and delivered for signature.
• Build strong relationships with a nationwide network of financial advisors as an integrated extension of their team.
• Partner with operations to improve processes and optimize workflows.
• Support operational excellence by identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality across processes.
