Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Client Services Associate to support one or more Financial Advisor(s) in opening and maintaining client accounts while handling a range of administrative duties. You will provide customer service, information, and clerical support, and may enter trades as directed by the FA(s).

Under supervision, you will perform tasks such as filing, processing documents, and coordinating with branch staff to ensure client needs are met with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Requires 2 years clerical/related industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisor(s) with opening and maintaining client accounts.
• Provide administrative support duties including word processing, mailings, filing, answering phones.
• Handle account-related requests and prepare required documents; may enter trades as directed.
