JPMorganChase in Columbus, OH / Newark, DE seeks a ConnectWealth Advisor Service & Platform Lead at the VP level to define and execute the advisor service strategy, governance, and platform improvements. You'll partner with Service Center, Product Management, and Technology to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will lead scalable training, establish executive-level dashboards, and coordinate across teams to reduce issues and improve advisor satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services, wealth management, operations, or related field.
• Strategic leadership with measurable outcomes across multiple groups.
• Executive-level communication to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute advisor service strategy and operating model.
• Lead scalable training and enablement programs for advisors and teams.
• Establish governance for feedback, defects, and enhancements.
• Drive cross-functional prioritization and platform improvements.
• Represent platform strategy to advisors and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee reporting, metrics, and performance insights for governance.
