Consultants deliver hands‑on coaching to producing advisors, run technology demonstrations for prospects, and lead platform‑proficiency training in every transition, turning provisioned systems into utilized ones.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in wealth management technology enablement, platform consulting, or advisor training.
• Hands-on fluency across CRM, portfolio management, custodial, and AI-enabled advisor tools.
• Record of driving measurable utilization lift across an advisor or user base.
• Able to lead credible live demonstrations for prospective advisors in recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver continuous technology-stack utilization coaching across assigned advisor books.
• Run technology demonstrations and sandbox sessions for prospective advisors in recruiting.
• Own platform-proficiency training in every transition so advisors reach self-sufficiency on core systems.
• Support affiliation-platform changes friction-free.
• Surface utilization gaps as coaching and retention signals to the owning Advisor Success Leader.
